Our Three Step Process
How We Helped Multi-Brand Store Hit 6-Figure Revenues

Golden-Outlet.de is a premium multi-brand apparel store catering to fashion-savvy shoppers in EU. Before partnering with Highlight Digital, the brand was struggling with high CPAs, unstable results, and under-optimized funnel performance. Over a 3-month period, we transformed the account from inefficiency and low conversion to a highly profitable growth machine — increasing ROAS by 71%, cutting CPA by 21%, growing new customer revenue by 35%, and helping the brand scale ad spend with confidence.
Challenge:
Upon taking over the account, we identified several issues blocking scalable performance:
• Overly Rapid Scaling: Aggressive spend increases (+139% MoM) led to algorithm instability and poor optimization.
• Creative Bloat: Testing 342 ads in a single month diluted learning and disrupted performance tracking.
• Poor Funnel Health: There was no clear MOF/BOF strategy to convert site traffic into buyers.
• Catalog Issues: A new catalog was built but not yet sending event data, limiting dynamic retargeting capabilities.
Solution:
Step 1: Strategic Spend Management
Rather than scaling blindly, we slowed down and stabilized the spend to let Meta’s algorithm complete the learning phase for top-performing ad sets. This allowed us to maintain higher ROAS while preparing for sustainable scaling.
Step 2: Funnel Optimization & Retargeting Setup
With a clear retargeting opportunity from high TOF traffic, we launched MOF and BOF campaigns for cart abandoners, product viewers, and engagers — converting more sessions into sales and maximizing existing ad spend.
Step 3: Catalog Sync & Technical Optimization
We fully repopulated and synchronized the Facebook product catalog, ensuring that event tracking and retargeting logic worked as intended. This opened up high-performing DPA campaigns and unlocked additional efficiency.
Step 4: Creative Retesting & Production Workflow
After resolving the site’s 404 errors, we reintroduced previously tested creatives to see their true potential. Meanwhile, we began ongoing creative production with fresh lifestyle shots, collection drops, and promotional offers that fit the premium tone of the brand.
Results:
During the Aug–Sept period:
• Revenue reached a record high of €137,071 on Facebook
• ROAS peaked at 6.0, a 71% increase from the initial baseline
• We maintained performance while scaling ad spend to €22.8k/mo
Key Takeaways:
Golden Outlet’s transformation wasn’t the result of one big fix — it came from a layered approach that combined ad account stabilization, funnel reconstruction, data cleanup, and consistent creative testing. By applying discipline to how we scaled, retargeted, and tested, we helped the brand unlock profitable growth and build a system that supports long-term performance.
